Originally from Minneapolis, Minnesota, Alexander Xochihua, draws inspiration from others in his life who have touched him;  Family, a few close friends, and people he meets in public.

He Specializes in Fashion & Catalogue Photography.

His reason for getting into photography? 

Was it all the crazy beautiful women and groupies and high status clients?

Haha. Nah. He hasn't met any groupies yet. The reason why he took his first picture was because of love. He has a huge love for all people.  For those who are fortunate and are sleeping tonight in a warm bed, and those who are in a sleeping bag tonight in the middle of downtown. He believes we are all beautiful and lives to capture our beautiful moments, even when those moments don't at first appear to us to be a great moment in our life.

Alexander first became very serious about photography at the age of 16. When he first came across something very beautiful. Being that this was in Mexico he knew that he wouldn't be around often to see what he was photographing. He knew it.  And what happened was that he knew, himself, being the only person to capture that moment, there was no way that photograph could have been taken, if it wasn't the most absolutely breathtaking photograph you could capture at that moment.

He sometimes wonders where he would be today if he hadn't been there at that moment. The birth of that photograph.

Alexander Xochihua believes that just like your own birth, where would you be today if you weren't there. So live each moment like i lived that moment.
